Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Marlow. Apple handles billing and cancellation.
How do I delete my account, or my child's? In the app, a parent or tutor opens the Account menu on the dashboard and chooses Delete My Account. To delete a child's account, a parent opens that child's page and chooses Delete [child's name]'s Account. You can also email privacy@learnwithmarlow.com from the parent's email address and we will help.
